Lauren Yochum

Lauren Yochum currently serves as the Director of Marketing, Public Relations & Special Events at Wine Bar George in Disney Springs, a position held since January 2018. As the Founder and Editor of Spork Orlando and Co-Founder of giddy paperie, Lauren has cultivated a strong presence in creative ventures. Prior roles include Associate Brand Manager, Marketing Analyst, and Marketing Coordinator at Darden, focusing on The Capital Grille, as well as experiences at The Walt Disney Company that involved writing and social media strategies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science, with a specialization in Consumer Journalism from The University of Georgia.
