Prior to this role, Cibele held various positions, including Director of Administration, Finance, and Legal Affairs at NOVA RIBEIRAO COMERCIO DE BEBIDAS and at PARAZAO ATACADO DISTRIBUIDOR, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and legal oversight. Cibele's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Franca, an MBA in People Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, and multiple certifications in wine expertise, including the WSET levels 2 and 3, alongside digital marketing training from Columbia Business School.
