Irene J. has a diverse work experience. Irene began their career as a Benefits Analyst in 2009 at Virgin Vie at Home. Irene then transitioned to Ndalo Media in 2010, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist until 2011. In 2012, Irene joined Farmers Insurance as a District Lead Recruiter and stayed with the company until 2016. Since 2016, they have been working at Wine.com, starting as a Human Resources Generalist and progressing to the role of Director, Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Wine.com.

Irene J. has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Limpopo. Irene also holds an Honours degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the same university. In addition, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in June 2018.
