Mike Fitzgerald

Mike Fitzgerald has had a diverse career with extensive experience in various industries. Mike is currently working as the CIO and Global Head of I.T. at Wine-Searcher. Prior to this, they served as the Digital Transformation Innovation Lead at CAE and led the establishment and operation of Precision Tools Co as an entrepreneur. Mike also held multiple roles at Air New Zealand, including Senior Product Portfolio Manager Crewing and Head of Emerging Technologies, Innovation, and Ventures. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Customer Engagement & Opportunity Assessment at Fletcher Building's Digital Innovation Lab and was the Co-Founder and CEO of Smart Moves, a digital SaaS start-up. Mike's earlier experience includes being the Head of Business Improvement Consulting at Profuzion Consulting, a Senior Manager at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, and a Management Consultant at Accenture.

Mike Fitzgerald attended Christchurch Boys High School from 1987 to 1991. Mike then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management Science and Psychology at the University of Canterbury from 2002 to 2005.
