Shawna L. Harvey

Shawna L. Harvey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shawna L. started their career at ATS Staffing as a Staffing Manager, where they managed all major functions of branch staff and facilitated new hire orientation. Shawna L. then joined CHASE Staffing as an Operations Manager, leading and directing a recruiting team and developing partnerships with professional organizations. Shawna then moved on to Cargill as a Senior HR Generalist, managing core HR processes and providing support on HR issues for multiple facilities. Shawna L. later worked at CHOSEN Professionals LLC as a Principal Consultant, where they provided HR support and consultation to various clients on functions including labor relations and performance management. Currently, Shawna is working at Winebow, where they have held roles such as HR Generalist, Senior HR Generalist, Regional HR Manager, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. In their current role, Shawna partners with the senior leadership team to drive business results in areas such as recruiting and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and policy creation. Shawna L. also manages a team of HR Generalists. Throughout their career, Shawna has consistently demonstrated their expertise and commitment to improving efficiency and compliance in HR operations.

Shawna L. Harvey, PHR, SHRM-CP has a strong education background with a focus on Human Resources and Business Management. Shawna L. obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 1995. Shawna L. also holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Management from Sullivan County Community College, which they obtained in 1989. In addition to their education, Shawna has obtained several certifications, including the PHR and SHRM-CP designations. Shawna L. continues to enhance their skills and knowledge by pursuing additional certifications, such as Adult Mental Health First Aid.
