Gaetano Giuseppe Marinaccio has been working in the hospitality industry since 2015. In that year, they began working at GM Hospitality Consulting as the Owner, where they were in possession of technical capabilities related to selling rooms, with a focus on online sales and the proper use of Revenue Management tools. Gaetano Giuseppe then moved to Italianway srl in 2015 as the Resident Manager & Director of Revenue, where they were responsible for directing and coordinating the hotel's activities, defining and implementing the company's strategies and financial and commercial policies, and organizing, controlling, and supervising the work of personnel. In 2017, they were the General Manager at Chiaja Hotel De Charme / Decumani Hotel De Charme / Palazzo Riario Sforza and the Strategic and Managerial Development Consultant at Keys Of Milan. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer & Founder at G.eN.Joy and Co-Founder at Keys of Italy and Naos Coop, where they were also the Vice President. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at La Cucina: non il solito ristorante and City Manager at Winelivery - L'App per bere!, as well as Co-fondatore at GM & Co. Srl.

Gaetano Giuseppe Marinaccio has a diverse educational background. Gaetano Giuseppe began their studies in 2002 at ITCGLS Luigi Einaudi, where they obtained a Liceo Tecnologico Gestionale degree in Comunicazione-Marketing & Corrispondenza in Lingue Estere. From 2007 to 2010, they attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they earned a degree in Marketing, comunicazione aziendale e mercati internazionali from the Facoltà di Economia. Gaetano Giuseppe then moved on to University of Naples 'Parthenope', where they obtained a degree in Management delle imprese turistiche from the Facoltà di Economia in 2012. Most recently, in 2018, they completed a Master di Specializzazione in Revenue Management & CHIA Certification from SKL International.
