Natalie Hewitt has extensive experience in the wine industry, currently serving as Customer Service Support Manager and Customer Success Manager at The Winemaker's Database since October 2014. In this role, Natalie assists clients with issue resolution and software utilization, collaborating with both clients and development teams on customization projects and product updates. Prior to this, Natalie worked as a Tasting Room Associate at Cinnabar Vineyards & Winery from February 2017 to March 2020, a Wine Inventory Analyst at Bogle Winery from September 2011 to October 2014, and a Compliance Clerk at Bronco Wine Company from January 2010 to September 2011. Natalie's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections at California State University-Sacramento, with previous studies at San Joaquin Delta College and Escalon High School, where Natalie earned a high school diploma.
