Maheswaran Bala is currently working as a Plant Quality Manager - Generator at Winergy. With a background in electrical and electronics engineering, Maheswaran has gained extensive experience in the wind energy industry, specializing in the development and quality control of wind turbine components. Prior to their current role, Maheswaran held positions with companies such as Enercon Windenergy India, ReGen Powertech, and L&T Construction, where Maheswaran demonstrated strong expertise in project quality management and new product development related to wind generators and solar projects. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dr. Sivanthi Adithanar College of Engineering, Maheswaran has consistently shown a commitment to driving quality and efficiency in the renewable energy sector.
