Chansou Seng has a diverse work experience in the field of digital marketing and customer service. Beginning in 2011, Chansou worked as a Customer Service Officer at Oakleigh Capital Limited before transitioning to a Senior Customer Service Officer role. In 2013, Chansou joined Bigcat Software Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Marketing Officer and later became the Marketing Team Leader. Chansou then worked at Yinkok Food Corp as the Marketing and Communications Manager for a brief period in 2016. In the same year, Chansou joined ABA Bank as the Digital Marketing Manager and eventually became the Head of Digital Marketing Department. From 2019 to 2021, Chansou worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at HDS Advertising Agency. In 2016, Chansou also began working as a Trainer and Consultant in Digital Marketing at Rean Digital Marketing. Chansou gained further experience as a Digital Marketing Trainer at HOME-DUCATION in 2021. In 2022, Chansou took on the role of Head of the Digital Marketing Department at Vattanac Bank and later became the Head of the Marketing Department. Currently, Chansou holds the position of Head of Media at Wing.

Chansou Seng has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information System from SETEC UNIVERSITY, which was obtained from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, Chansou Seng completed their high school education and received a High School Certificate in General Knowledge from Kompong Thmor High School, lasting from 2000 to 2006. Additionally, Chansou Seng has obtained various certifications in digital marketing and analytics, including certifications from Udemy, Google, and the Center for Leadership and Professional Development.
