Stephan Burghardt

Stephan Burghardt has a diverse work experience in the facility management sector. Stephan started their career as an Instandhaltungsingenieur at M+W Zander D.I.B. Facility Management GmbH in 2007, where they worked until 2008. Stephan then joined Caverion in 2009 and served as a Teamleiter technischer Service until 2014. Following that, they were appointed as the Head of Unit - Gebäudemanagement at WINGAS, which later became part of SEFE. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Head of Facility Management at the same company.

Stephan Burghardt completed a Diplom-Ingenieurin degree in Versorgungs-/ Umwelttechnik at the University of Applied Sciences at Zwickau from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, they received a vocational education as an Industriemechaniker at Leinefelder Textilwerk GmbH.
