Hai Sinay

Hai Sinay is a seasoned professional in the sports education sector with extensive experience in various leadership and teaching roles. Currently serving as a Senior Lecturer and course coordinator at Wingate Institute since April 2022, Hai focuses on youth training and the development of sports skills through the Wise Sports Training method. In addition, since July 2021, Hai has held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Research and Development at NIKA, a project dedicated to social change through sports. As a Co-Founder of Multi Skills since June 2015, Hai contributes to sports, recreation, and educational services. Previously, Hai was a lecturer in Physical Education at The Academic College at Wingate from July 2020 to September 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in sports management from Ono Academic College and a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Seminar Hakibutzim College.
