Craig Addison

Craig Addison is currently the Senior Vice President for Finance & Admin/CFO at Wingate University. Craig has previously worked as the HR Manager for both Wells Fargo Securities and Wachovia. Craig has been in their current position at Wingate University since March 2018.

Craig Addison has a long history of working in finance and administration. Craig began their career in 2004 as an HR manager for Wachovia. Craig then transitioned to Wells Fargo Securities in 2009, where they served as the HR Manager for Investment Banking & Capital Markets. In this role, they provided human capital advice to WFS Investment Banking & Capital Markets' President and Operating Committee. IBCM is a 1.5+ billion dollar business with 1100 teammates. In addition to serving as the Senior HR Business Partner, they also managed the WFS Early Talent Program (500+ Analyst and Associates).

In 2018, Craig Addison left their role at Wells Fargo Securities to become the Senior Vice President - Finance & Administration at Wingate University. In this role, they are responsible for Finance, Accounting, Facilities, Auxiliary Services, and Information Technology. Craig is also accountable for execution of the University’s strategy as well as operational effectiveness. The CFO/COO oversees all aspects of the internal organization, policies, operations and infrastructure in order to facilitate operational effectiveness, continued growth, and fulfillment of the University’s vision and strategic priorities.

A direct report to Craig Addison is and Bill Durham - Vice President for Finance. Their manager is Rhett Brown, President. They are on a team with Jeff Frederick - Provost, Scotty Hunsucker - Vice President of Business Operations, and Dori Armstead - VP HR.
