Katherine Salzer

Katherine Salzer is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR information systems and service management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at Wings Credit Union since September 2024, Katherine previously held significant roles at North Memorial Health, including Human Resources Service Center Manager and Team Member Services and HR Data Supervisor. Prior to that, Katherine worked at WPS Health Solutions as a Senior HR Transformation Analyst and in various capacities within the HR field. Early career experiences include roles as an HR Assistant at iButtonLink and an HR Service Representative Intern at Aurora Health Care. Katherine holds a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where studies were completed from 2014 to 2017.
