Dana Kirchmar is a seasoned leader in the aviation and aerospace industries, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Dana Kirchmar Consulting and The Elevate Initiative, where the focus is on innovation and diversity. With extensive board experience, including roles at the Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, Captain Jeppesen Foundation, and Colorado Skies Academy, Dana is committed to inspiring the next generation of aviation professionals. Previous positions include Vice President roles at SmartSky Networks and Ulterius Technologies, where Dana led strategic product management and customer support operations. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Colorado State University and has served on the Industry Advisory Board for the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at the same university.
