Anya Berdan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in external relations and program development within nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of External Relations at Women Creating Change since October 2015, Anya collaborates with leadership on strategic partnerships and advocacy initiatives. In addition, Anya has been a consultant for WingsforGrowth since August 2017, focusing on research funding and collaboration to support women leaders. Previous roles include Executive Assistant and Lean Manager at LBBW, where Anya ensured the effective coordination of operational projects and product implementation, and Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President at Independence Community Bank. Anya holds a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The New School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Hofstra University.
