Richard Devane

Richard DeVane has extensive work experience in the restaurant industry. Richard served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., where they oversaw the North Region and managed a large number of restaurants and franchise owners. Prior to that, they held various positions at Subway, including Senior Director of Global Operations and Director of Regional Operations Teams. Richard was responsible for driving operational strategies, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring strong performance in multiple territories. Richard also worked at McDonald's Corporation, where they held roles such as U.S. Director of Operations, Director of Worldwide Training Learning and Performance, Director of Field Operations, and Field Service Manager. Overall, Richard's experience spans across different operational roles in major restaurant chains.

Richard DeVane obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism from Saint Leo University, where they studied from 2013 to 2015.
