Dave Hopkins

Dave Hopkins has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Dave started their career in 2003 as a Group Manager at M&M Meat Shops Ltd., where they supervised a team and set sales targets. Dave then became the Director of Store Operations in the Central Region, responsible for training and supervising a team of up to 20 members. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of General Manager at the Western Office, where they were in charge of operations, franchising, procurement, and construction in the Western Region.

In 2015, Dave joined OPA! of Greece as the Director of Operations and Construction. Dave successfully realigned construction priorities and reduced renovation costs for franchisees. Dave maintained brand standards through various audits and communicated areas of improvement to franchisees. Dave held this role until 2023.

Currently, Dave is the Director of Operations and Training at WingsUp! Restaurants.

Dave Hopkins graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1994.
