Benjamin Atieku-Dzandu has been working in the engineering field since 2010. In 2010, they were a Geomatic Engineer at Daov Tech Design Group, where they compiled measurement and marker data for land parcels registration under the World Bank Land Administration Project, and established cadastral monuments and markers using GNSS technology for land parcel registration intended for district hospitals under the EUROGET project. In 2011, they became a Geomatic Engineer at CBM Surveys Limited, where they drafted 2D and 3D designs using AutoCAD Civil 3D and AutoCAD software, applied mathematical skills and understanding of engineering principles to design new products, tools and systems, and supervised two survey teams throughout design and execution of tailings dam and resettlement projects. In 2015, they became a Mine Surveyor at African Underground Mining Services, where they measured and marked crosscuts and audits for development, measured stockpiles and excavated material for volumetric surveys, and performed as-built surveys to update the state of the mine. In 2018, they became a Product Engineer at Leica Geosystems part of Hexagon, where they tested completed projects for functionality and performance, documented and updated build, quality and performance records, and collaborated with R&D teams to develop and implement product improvements to enhance performance. In 2021, they became a Drone Application Engineer at Wingtra.

Benjamin Atieku-Dzandu's education history includes a Master's degree in Photogrammetry and Geoinformations from Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart from 2016 to 2018, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geomatic Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa from 2006 to 2010, and an SSCE from Mawuli Secondary School from 2002 to 2005. Benjamin also has several certifications, including Digital Image Processing with OpenCV in Python from GEO University obtained in March 2021, Become a Good Matlab Programmer in 30 days from Udemy obtained in March 2020, Introduction to GIS: Spatial Data Analysis with QGIS from Udemy obtained in March 2020, AutoCad Civil 3D Essentials from Autodesk obtained in July 2014, and BSc Geomatic Engineering from the University of Mines and Technology, Tarkwa. Ghana. obtained in June 2010. Benjamin is currently pursuing Computer Science at Le Wagon.
