Željka Rebernišak has been working in the field of office management since 2016. Željka started their career as an Office Assistant at Proficio d.d. in 2016. In 2019, they joined IDB Mobile Technology as an HR Generalist & Office Manager, where they were responsible for providing organizational and logistical support in all matters related to the work and ease functioning of the office, performing the necessary administrative tasks, addressing daily office needs, purchasing office supplies, collaboration with relevant departments to establish and implement office policies and procedures, organization and maintenance of the workspace, coordination and efficient transfer of information among employees, establishing a good relationship and daily communication with employees and clients, providing logistical, communication and administrative support to employees, organizing events inside the company (banquets, team building, celebrations, motivational gestures . . ), and keeping records and organizing the recruitment of new human resources. In 2022, they will join Wingtra as an Office Manager.

Željka Rebernišak attended the Hrvatski studiji Sveučilišta u Zagrebu from 2009 to 2014, where they studied History and Sociology.
