Chantal Nuchelmans has over 10 years of experience in various roles, with a focus on customer service, partner success, and operations. Chantal started their career at V&D, where they held multiple positions during their study. Chantal then worked as a Consultant for Extra Talent before joining V&D again as a Coordinator for a temporary position. Later, Chantal worked at Claire's Accessories as an HR Business Partner, where they advised store and district managers on HR policies and procedures. Since 2014, Chantal has been with Winkelstraat.nl, where they have held several roles. Chantal started as a Happiness Manager, supporting customers and partners and identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction. Chantal then became a Manager of the Happiness team, leading a team of 7 people and implementing data-driven and scalable workflows. Chantal's next role was as a Manager of Happiness & Partner Success, where they grew the team and achieved a high NPS percentile. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Winkelstraat.nl, responsible for various teams and executing projects tied to the company's vision and goals.

Chantal Nuchelmans obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Tourism from HBO Nederland between 2003 and 2006.
