Emma Chiu

Emma Chiu currently serves as a paralegal at Winkler Partners and as an impact officer and project lead at Global Shapers Taipei. Previously, Emma held the position of foreign service officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan, focusing on North American affairs and contributing significantly to the Political Section and Global Cooperation and Training Framework Taskforce through speechwriting and document editing. Earlier experience includes a diplomatic trainee role at FCC Partners Asia and an investment banking assistant analyst position. Emma's diverse background also includes a summer internship at STUF United Fund, where responsibilities included drafting press releases and compiling briefs for UN partnership initiatives. Emma Chiu earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Arabic Language from New York University Abu Dhabi and has participated in various study away programs and intensive Arabic courses across multiple institutions.
