Ross Frey

Ross Frey has extensive work experience in engineering and project management in the food industry. Ross currently works as the Director of Engineering at Winland Foods, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TreeHouse Foods from 2016, first as a Director of Engineering, responsible for strategic initiatives and overseeing complex capital projects. Ross also served as an Engineering Project Manager, handling similar roles at ConAgra Private Brands, which was acquired by TreeHouse Foods.

Before their time at TreeHouse Foods, Ross worked at ConAgra Foods starting in 2007. Ross held various roles, including Engineering Project Manager, leading high complexity and high capital projects. Ross was also a Project Leader, responsible for medium complexity and cost projects, and a Project Management Specialist, handling multiple low complexity projects. Ross began their career as an Associate Engineer.

Ross Frey attended Purdue University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
