Nicole Tillman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Nicole Tillman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nicole is currently the Director of Human Resources at Winmark - the Resale Company, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole worked at Primoris Services Corporation where they served as the Human Resources Director for the Special Projects division from September 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Director for the Utilities & Distribution Group from February 2017 to September 2020.

Nicole's previous experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at NGM Insurance/The Main Street America Group from 2014 to February 2017. Nicole also held the role of Human Resources Manager at Austin Mutual Insurance Company from 2010 to 2013.

Nicole began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Dynamic Group, where they worked from 1998 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Training Specialist at DDS, Inc. from 1997 to 1998.

With their extensive experience in various human resources roles, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position at Winmark - the Resale Company.

Nicole Tillman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained their B.S. degree in Human Resources Management from St. Cloud State University in 1997. Nicole also possesses a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Minnesota, which was obtained in 2004. In addition, Nicole has earned several professional certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, obtained in January 2012, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification from SHRM, obtained in March 2015, and an Organizational Development Certificate from MRA (Formerly Trusight), obtained in April 2021.
