Stephanie Gardner

Stephanie Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Stephanie is currently working as the Marketing Manager at Winmark - the Resale Company since December 2022. Prior to this, from October 2021 to December 2022, they served as the Field Operations Manager at the same company.

Before joining Winmark, Stephanie worked as the Operations Manager at Pacific Dental Services from December 2019 to October 2021. Stephanie also has experience as a Store Manager at ASICS America Corporation in August 2019.

Stephanie's previous roles include Senior Business Operations Manager at Old Navy from August 2018 to August 2019 and Assistant Store Manager at ASICS America from September 2017 to August 2018.

Their professional journey began in the retail industry, serving as the Visual Merchandising Leader at Target from December 2015 to September 2017. During their tenure, they successfully pioneered the position of VML at the Target, Nicollet Mall store and achieved significant sales growth and improved storewide job satisfaction.
