Erika Paredes has a work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Erika started their career at the American Federation of Musicians and Employers’ Pension Fund in 1998 as a Pension Benefit Analyst, where they determined eligibility and calculated pension benefits. Erika also researched and documented administrative processes and coordinated end-of-year projects.
