Fred Foster

Fred Foster has extensive experience in retail operations, particularly with Winn-Dixie, where tenure spans from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as VP of Store Operations since September 2002, Fred has developed and implemented strategies to enhance customer experience and operational execution across 223 stores. Prior roles include Center Manager and District Manager, overseeing 25 stores and 24 stores respectively, contributing to significant annual sales. Earlier experience includes managing grocery, general merchandise, and health & beauty departments, and serving as Store Director overseeing day-to-day supermarket operations. Fred holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Business Administration from Rochville University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
