Eric Salzman

Eric Salzman is an experienced financial and operational executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Nishkama Capital LLC since March 2017, where responsibilities extend to CFO and Chief Compliance Officer roles, overseeing operations, finance, compliance, technology, and human resources. Additionally, Eric serves as a Board Member for the Winnakee Land Trust, promoting ecological stewardship and community engagement with natural resources. Past leadership positions include COO and CFO roles at Destrier Capital Management and RNK Capital, along with operational leadership at Deutsche Bank and a long tenure at Arthur Andersen LLC in audit and business advisory. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University at Albany, earned between 1982 and 1986.
