Oussama Souguir

Oussama Souguir is an experienced professional in operations management and project leadership, currently serving as Operations Project Leader at Winncare since March 2023. In this role, key responsibilities include developing Continuous Improvement Roadmaps, supporting the deployment of Harmonized Industrial Standard Costs, and coordinating the group's Carbon Footprint initiatives.
