Paul Groves

Paul Groves has a robust background in sales and business development within the healthcare and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Winncare since October 2022, Paul focuses on selling pressure area care products to NHS acute hospitals and distributors across the East and West Midlands, including South Wales. Since March 2018, Paul has also been the Regional Sales and Product Support Manager at Roma Medical Aids Ltd, where responsibilities included supporting a network of 700 dealerships and introducing new market products. Previously, as the Commercial Manager at Barwood Products from 2010 to September 2017, Paul oversaw sales, purchasing, and logistics for the manufacturing of disabled bathroom equipment. Paul’s career began as the National Sales Manager at Mayfair Taps & Showers Limited from November 2006 to 2010, showcasing a consistent commitment to driving sales and enhancing product offerings throughout the years.
