Tad Crawford

Tad Crawford is the Senior Director of Construction for WinnDevelopment. In this role, Tad plays an instrumental role in capital expenditures and special projects; directing all phases of project management from conception to completion. Since starting with WinnDevelopment in 2021, Tad has worked on major site projects including the adaptive reuse multifamily development of Southbridge Mills, major infrastructure upgrades at Castle Square, site improvements at Loft 27, an occupied renovation of Mystic Place, and site improvements at the Village of Brookline.
