Tim Santucci

Tim Santucci has over two decades of experience in asset management and finance, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at WinnCompanies since December 2001, with previous roles including Vice President of Finance, Associate Vice President of Finance, Senior Financial Analyst, and Project Associate. Tim also served as Treasurer for the Twin Brook Condominium Association from 2007 to November 2014 and held the position of Technical Assistant at the Massachusetts Port Authority from December 2000 to October 2001, where notable contributions included work on the Logan Air Quality Initiative and support during the September 11, 2001 tragedy. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Northeastern University, completed in 2002, following education at Hopkinton High School from 1994 to 1997.
