CASA Guardian AD Litem at Winnebago County

Jacqueline Lofton possesses extensive experience in various roles focused on community development and education. Since November 2018, Jacqueline has served as a CASA and CASA/Guardian ad Litem for Winnebago County, while also operating JLoftonLegacy as a health coach and advocating for essential oils with R-OIL-TY E. Oilnation since May 2016. Additionally, Jacqueline has been a Family Development Specialist with Worldvolunteer since May 2002 and holds a long-standing position as Site Director for the City of Rockford, overseeing operational functions and programs since December 1999. Jacqueline’s career in education began in October 1990 with the City of Rockford, progressing through various teaching and managerial positions. Furthermore, Jacqueline has contributed as a Worship Minister at BOTFC since December 1994. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Management/Leadership from institutions such as Rock Valley College, Judson University, and UCLA. Jacqueline Lofton graduated from Rockford Auburn High School in 1974.
