Kavita Jain

Kavita Jain is an experienced professional in the field of financial innovation and regulatory policy, currently serving as Associate Director of Novel Activities Supervision and Innovation Policy at the Federal Reserve Board since July 2020, and previously held the position of Deputy Associate Director for Innovation Policy. Prior to this role, Kavita worked at FINRA from July 2007 to July 2020, where responsibilities included serving as Director of the Office of Financial Innovation and Director of Emerging Regulatory Issues. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Operations and Strategic Projects at NASD from May 2003 to July 2007, and holding dual roles as Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Financial Planning at Choice Hotels International from 1999 to 2003. Kavita holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and completed the CRCP Program at The Wharton School in 2017.
