Andrea Quiroga

Andrea Quiroga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager for Winner Group S.A. - CIRSA Colombia since August 2022. In this role, Andrea oversees sales strategies, financial performance, and culinary innovation while leading a team of 295 across the Gato Pardo restaurant chain and managing hospitality operations in 80 national casinos. Previous positions include Executive Director at Elemento Group, F&B Manager at Viajero Hostels, and teaching roles at Universidad de La Sabana, where Andrea focused on marketing strategies in the gastronomic sector.
