Mike Oczypok

Mike Oczypok currently serves as Director of Operations for both Winners Alliance and the Professional Tennis Players Association since February 2023. Prior to these roles, Mike was Director of Sales Operations at Teamworks from November 2020 to February 2023 and held the position of Chief Of Staff and Director Of Operations at INFLCR from March 2019 to November 2020. Additional experience includes being Operations Manager at PCG Builders, Marketing Professional at The MindSide Sport & Performance Psychology, Player Services Contractor for the U.S. Women's Open with the USGA, and Business Operations Specialist at Payton Rogers Homes, among other positions. Mike's early career involved coaching baseball camps and being a student-athlete at The University of Alabama, where a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing and Management were obtained.
