Tina Malone

Tina Malone has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tina began their career at Knife River Corporation as an HR Generalist from July 2007 to December 2008. Tina then moved on to RHSHC, where they worked from February 2009 to December 2015. At RHSHC, they started as an HR Generalist and eventually became a Director (Senior Leader). Tina'smost recent role is as a Human Resources Service Partner at Winneshiek Medical Center since December 2015.

Tina Malone pursued higher education at Luther College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on Psychology and Sociology. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of Northern Iowa between 1993 and 1995. During this period, Tina successfully completed a Master of Arts in Education, with a specialization in Student Affairs.
