Jeremy Spijker

Jeremy Spijker is the current Managing Director at Winning by Design. Jeremy has also previously worked as the Head of Sales Development at Rydoo and as the VP Global Sales at Proxyclick. Jeremy has 25 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management. In their role as VP of Global Sales at Proxyclick, they led the Sales strategy and team across the company global footprint. At Rydoo, they were responsible for developing the DACH region and led the team of 10 employees that became the most successful team.

Jeremy Spijker has a Master of Science in Global Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services from Avans University of Applied Sciences, and an Erasmus Degree in Business Management and Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Jeremy also has a certification from Winning By Design in Sales Mastership.

They work with Shari Johnston - Partner, Marketing Practice Lead, Andy Farquharson - COO, and Jacki Leahy - Head of Tech Experience. Jeremy Spijker reports to Dominique Levin, CEO.
