Charlotta Granström has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Charlotta began their career as a Kassabiträde at OKQ8 in 2007. In 2009, they moved to JJM Marketing as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for events sales in Gothenburg. In 2010, they became an Account Manager at Ziperall International AB, where they were responsible for sales in Gothenburg. In 2011, they moved to ABC-Gruppen AB as a Sales Coach, where they were responsible for training and motivating 30 sales assistants. In 2012, they moved to ABC-Gruppen AB again, this time as an Account Manager, where they were responsible for sales in their assigned district and was also a project manager for the start-up of ABC-Gruppen Finland. In 2013, they moved to ABC-Gruppen AB again, this time as a Sales Team Manager, where they were responsible for sales in the company and had daily coaching with account managers. In 2015, they moved to ABC-Gruppen AB - AJAT Sverige as an HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for developing the company as an attractive employer, recruitment and development of personnel, and was a key player in the start-up of a new HR department. In 2019, they moved to AJAT Sverige as Head of HR Management, where they are a key player in developing the organization, supporting managers and employees, and acting as an expert in labor law. Charlotta is also responsible for proactively driving and following up HR processes within the organization and being the contact person for all HR questions in the organization. Finally, in 2022, they moved to Winningtemp as a Customer Success Manager.

Charlotta Granström completed their Kandidatexamen in Organisation och ledning av arbete from Halmstad University between 2015 and 2017.
