Winnipeg Folk Festival
Chris Frayer is an experienced Artistic Director who has worked with various cultural events and festivals in Winnipeg. Having been with the Winnipeg Folk Festival since October 2004, Chris also previously held similar roles at the Jazz Winnipeg Festival and West End Cultural Centre. Chris obtained their education from the University of Winnipeg between 1991 and 1996.
