Fiona Montie

Fiona Montie has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Client Success Manager, North America for Winnow, a company dedicated to reducing kitchen food waste. Prior to that, they were a Sustainability Consultant (Part-Time) and Sustainability Analyst for Girl Scouts of the USA in 2020. In the same year, they also worked as a Barre Instructor for barre3. In 2021, Fiona began working as a Climate and Clean Energy Initiatives Coordinator for the State of Wisconsin. In 2020, they were a 2020 Climate Corps Fellow at Girl Scouts of the USA for Environmental Defense Fund. In 2019, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a Product Strategy Summer Associate for Feedback Labs, and a Business Strategy Consulting Fellow for MMG. In 2016, they were Co-president of UW-Madison Chapter for the Food Recovery Network. In 2018, they were a Vote Everywhere Campus Ambassador for The Andrew Goodman Foundation.

Fiona Montie attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Community & Environmental Sociology and a Certificate in Global Health. Fiona then pursued a Master of Public Affairs at the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison, which they completed in 2020. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate in Business, Environment & Social Responsibility from the Wisconsin School of Business.
