Jess Tausig is the Managing Director, Europe & Global Head Contract Catering at Winnow. Jess has over 15 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Jess began their career at Avent Ltd, where they spent 3 years 4 months as the New Product Development Manager and Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator. Jess then spent 13 years 1 month at Sodexo, where they held various positions, including SVP - Head of Business Development, Global Strategic Accounts, SVP - Head of European Sales and Business Development, Head of Bid Management, Global Strategic Accounts, Business Development Director International Large Accounts, and Bid Strategy Manager, International Large Accounts. Jess has been with Winnow for 2 years 7 months and oversees all contract catering operations in Europe.

Jess Tausig has a BSc in Human Sciences from UCL, which they obtained in 2003. In 2017, they completed an executive education program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville focused on strategic partnerships, collaborative contracting, and complex deal making.
