Rita Rahoi-Gilchrest

Rita Rahoi-Gilchrest is an experienced instructional designer and subject matter expert currently employed at The Babb Group, Inc. since June 2022, where expertise is applied across various educational institutions. As a certified Teaching Online Certificate facilitator and reviewer for QM Quality Matters since December 2013, Rita collaborates with faculty to enhance online course quality and also teaches a QM-certified course at Winona State University, where Rita has held multiple roles since August 2000, including adjunct professor and associate dean. With a strong foundation in communication and marketing from Ohio University and the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Rita has also served as Dean of Faculty and Academic Operations at Minnesota State College Southeast and held a senior lecturer position at the University of Canterbury.
