Gray Dorsett

Gray Dorsett is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and product development across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Product at Winona since May 2022, Gray oversees platform development, data infrastructure, and analytics. As Co-Founder and Director of Product Development at ARI Recruiting from February 2017 to 2022, Gray successfully led fundraising efforts and expanded the company's product ecosystem. Prior roles include Product Manager positions at Inform Athletics and Vendr, where Gray contributed to critical application development and investor engagements. Additional experience encompasses serving as CTO at Carolina Scoots and as a Project Management Intern at Nytec. Gray holds a BA in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
