Jessica Remington

Jessica Remington has been working in the healthcare industry for over 10 years. Jessica started their career as a Patient Access Coordinator at Mercyhealth Wisconsin and Illinois. In this role, they were responsible for system oversight of clinic business services operations in two states, including direct management responsibility of approximately 50 employees in the areas of financial counseling, clinic pre-registration, pre-certification, system wide registration support and training, and senior advocacy. Jessica was promoted to Manager of Patient Access in 2012 and held this position until they left the company in 2013 to join Park Nicollet Health Services as a Quality Improvement Specialist.

In their role as Quality Improvement Specialist, Jessica partnered with leaders to improve operations and quality through project management, initiative support, and process improvement. Jessica executed on improvement projects related to organizational goals and strategies in assigned areas and defined appropriate tools, methodologies and metrics needed to improve efficiencies of operations, patient safety and clinical processes. Jessica also coached and mentored individuals and teams on improvement methods, system thinking, change management, group dynamics and planning methods. Jessica left Park Nicollet Health Services in 2014 to join Winona Health, where they are currently serving as AVP of Business Development.

Jessica Remington's educational career includes a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being from George Mason University, an MHA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

They are on a team with Rod Baker - AVP, Continuous Systems Improvement, Jan Brosnahan - CFO, and Sara Gabrick - COO, Surgical, Specialty & Retail Services. Their manager is Rachelle Schultz, President & CEO.
