Jay Rodriguez serves as the Southeast Area Sales Manager at Winpak since August 2025. Previously, at TricorBraun, Jay excelled as a Packaging Consultant for the Southeast, earning accolades such as the 2024 Rookie of the Year and membership in the 2024 High Achievers Club, while successfully growing a book of business from $100,000 to $10,000,000 in two years and managing global manufacturer relationships. Jay's earlier experience includes a Sales Representative position at Republic National Distributing Company in the Off-Premise Spirits Division and serving as Real Estate Operations Manager at GROUP KORA Real Estate, where a Facebook group initiative attracted over 20,000 users, resulting in significant sales. Jay began a career in erosion control with Con Site Services in 2017 and holds a degree in Marketing with a minor in Sales from The University of Alabama.
