Ashley Pugh

Ashley Pugh has extensive experience in various roles at WinShape Foundation since August 2011, progressing from Administrative Lead to Senior Advisor in Talent Services. Responsibilities have included overseeing facilities invoice processing, organizing staff events, and providing administrative support to the Facilities team. Previous roles involved coordinating staff care events and managing recruitment processes for WinShape Retreat. Ashley also worked as Admissions Counselor at Georgia College & State University, handled casting logistics at Disney Cruise Line, and coordinated events at The Walt Disney Company, showcasing strong project management, administrative, and event planning skills. Ashley holds a BA in Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from Georgia College & State University.
