Buddy Childs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations management and leadership. Currently serving as a part-time Office Administrator at Cartersville First Baptist Church since April 2018 and hosting at Normandy Inn for WinShape Marriage since July 2017, Buddy previously held various management roles at Kellogg Company from 2002 to 2016, including Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. As a Partner/Owner at Meg Pie Cartersville from 2012 to 2015, Buddy contributed to the retail sector. Early experience includes leadership positions at Keebler Company and service as a retired LTC in the U.S. Army Reserve, where Buddy served from 1977 to 2006.
