Matt Henderson

Matt Henderson is an experienced talent services professional with a strong background in recruitment and career counseling. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Talent Services at WinShape Foundation since January 2022, Matt previously held the role of Physician Recruiter at Floyd Medical Center, where responsibilities included recruiting physicians and developing connections with residency programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Recruiter for Harbin Clinic, managing full life-cycle recruitment for a large multi-specialty physician group. Matt's early career involved significant roles in career counseling at Georgia State University and Loyola University New Orleans, where skills included developing strategic partnerships and enhancing student engagement. Matt holds a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from Auburn University.
