Wes Fincher

Wes Fincher is a highly experienced software developer with a strong background in technology consulting and software engineering. Since September 2021, Wes has served as a Senior Software Developer at WinShape Foundation. Prior to this role, Wes held positions including Technology Consultant and Senior Technology Consultant at Innovative Architects (now Improving), where expertise in the Microsoft stack was applied. Wes co-founded Y-Rex LLC, leading mobile application development, and volunteered as CTO for Angry Dragon Volleyball, enhancing the organization's online presence.
