Danielle LeBaron's work experience starts in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant Intern at OpenSymmetry. Danielle then worked as a Marketing and Sales Events Coordinator, Marketing and Strategy Intern, and Marketing Intern at OpenSymmetry in subsequent years. In 2015, they interned at Command Group Recruiting, LLC, where they reviewed and prepared potential candidates for clients. Danielle also interned at Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University as a New Student Mentor, advising a cohort of mentees on various aspects of academic and professional development. From 2016 to 2017, Danielle worked as a Pricing Intern at PACCAR, completing daily analyst duties and contributing to process improvement projects. Danielle returned to OpenSymmetry as a Marketing Intern in 2016 and then joined Winsight, LLC in 2017 as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Danielle handled tasks such as preparing monthly reports, invoicing, and collecting outstanding invoices. In 2018, they became an Accounts Receivable Coordinator at Technomic, Inc., where they reviewed contracts, processed sales, and realigned revenue schedules. Currently, Danielle holds the position of Director, Accounting and Financial Reporting at Winsight, LLC, responsible for the month-end close and various financial reporting tasks.

Danielle LeBaron obtained their Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Seattle University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. In 2014, they also received the Microsoft Office Excel® 2010 Level 1 Certification from Certiport. Recently, in 2021, they pursued further education and completed a Graduate Certificate in Accounting from the University of Arizona, which they received in 2022.
